Simmons Rosebank Queen memory foam mattress

We tried the Simmons Rosebank Queen memory foam mattress in the store and it seemed to be very comfortable. They were replacing an Isis by Simmons pillowtop that had sank so badly that we were sleeping in a hole.

When the Simmons Rosebank Queen mattress was delivered it was so hard and uncomfortable we had a miserable first night. The second night we had to sleep in the guest room.

It was delivered on Friday and we called the store to complain on Sunday. We have had to go buy a two inch memory foam pad and put on top of it to be able to sleep on it!
