From the moment we purchased this piece of defective equipment we noticed that the pillow top was patting down. 4 years later we cannot sleep in this Serta Perfect Night Silver Dawn mattress anymore as it kills our backs.

I have contacted Serta and they gave me a song and dance about warranties. We have only have had this bed for 4 years and we purchased it because it had a 20 year warranty.
