Serta latex mattress

After one night on a Serta latex mattress we knew we had made a mistake. Terrible mattress. Supposed to be firm-it is soft, bounces when partner turns.

The Serta latex mattress is warm, even though we were told the multiple perforations would prevent this. Furniture store after one day was no help. Told us they would have their Serta rep call. After two weeks, no call.

Called Serta customer service-got a recording-left message-no return call from them. Simply hopeless company to deal with-no customer support for their products at all.
