Sears Esquire Natural king

Purchased the Esquire Natural king from Sears Canada after noting it was comfortable in the store. It is a plush mattress chosen over firm for the extra comfort.

However after delivery of the set we noticed the manufacturing quality left a great deal to be desired:

1) Very poor finishing of the buttons noting stitching from every button was approx 12 inches long. Then we noticed that the protective corners on the boxsprings were mismatched (Sears Customer Service indicated this could void the warranty as they are not a matched pair) after which we noticed the underside lining must have been cut ans stitched the morning before delivery as the corners were not attached under the protective corners and the sides were so badly cut they stuck outside the side of the boxsprings.

2. AND, there were staples hanging out all over the place around the protective corners. Absolutely poor workmanship for the best mattress Sears supposedly sells regular retail for around $2800.00. I would expect this level of quality from a $300.00 mattress coming in from China.

Needless to say we canceled our order of the Sears Esquire Natural king mattress and we'll choose alternative set. Very very disappointed.
