Magnolia Way

We got the Serta Magnolia Way at Mattress Warehouse as a replacement for the Serta Garden Glow, which had started to sag within a month or two after we bought it. It was not an easy procedure to get the defective (2-inch sag) mattress replaced within one year of our purchase. They also will not replace the boxsprings -- just the mattress, so they don't match.

We now find that the replacement mattress is doing the same thing. We wrote to Serta a month ago, and they have not even given us the courtesy of a reply! We will never buy another Serta mattress.
