Kingsdown Studio III Perennial mattress

The Kingsdown Studio III Perennial is without a doubt the absolute WORST mattress and box spring set I have ever purchased. I did lay on the bed in the store for about 20 minutes and it did seem to be comfortable.

I woke up after the first night with a sore back. As the week progressed my back became more sore and my hips started to ache. By the end of a week I was going to the chiropractor to get relief from the constant pain.

I returned to the store and was told the Kingsdown Studio III Perennial bed was actually "correcting" my back and that I should "tough it out" for a couple of months. I said that the bed in the store had a softer feel when I lay on it. The response was that the floor model had been on display for 8 or 9 months and was "broken in". They suggested I put a comforter or extra blanket on the bed to create more "cushioning".

This store offers a 60 day comfort guarantee - believe me I will be using it and the replacement will not come from Kingsdown.
